Assistant Managers

Must be at least 21
High school diploma
3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a quick-casual or full service concept
Basic understanding of cost computation, cost troubleshooting, and cost controls
Experience with ordering and inventory control
Consistently high energy level
Outgoing personality and a passion for serving people

Key Hourly Employees

High school diploma
2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a quick-casual or full service concept
Basic understanding of cost computation, cost troubleshooting, and cost controls
Experience inventory control
Consistently high energy level
Outgoing personality and a passion for serving people
Ability to supervise and motivate team member in absence of SM / ASM
Ability to do deposits with 100% accuracy
Open/Close store and insure store is ready for business
Maintain and adhere to all company policies and procedures
